Brunch with Santa

While we were in Houston for Monte's golf tournament, we went to "Brunch with Santa" at my parents' country club.  The place was packed with kids, parents, and grandparents all dressed in their Christmas best to meet Santa and enjoy brunch.  As soon as we turned the corner and caught our first glimpse of Santa, Frankie burst into tears and demanded to be picked up.  He was NOT a fan!  We waited in line to take a picture with Santa for approximately 10 minutes, and during our wait he got progressively more nervous and clingy.  We did not even attempt to put him in Santa's lap.  Instead, I sat on Santa's lap and Frank held Frankie behind us.  Frankie is almost smiling in the picture, which makes it look like he was not as bothered as he really was.  Hopefully he will be a bigger fan of Santa by next Christmas!
